If employed as a Resourcer, the natural career evolution is into sales – this can be within one year or at an agreed point. Sales Consultants have the opportunity when established, to recruit a Resourcer. When this Resourcer has evolved and moved into a sales role – a team grows organically, with no limits to size.
A career in recruitment entails daily challenges which you will need mental agility and a positive, upbeat outlook to overcome. Building relationships with candidates and clients is a task which requires large amounts of self-motivation and determination but you be assisted at every step by our experienced management team who will give you their full support and guidance to help you realise your full potential.

In addition to our generous commission scheme which is uncapped and has no threshold, we have a number of other incentives that we offer our staff.
We all work towards company targets, and if we succeed, there is a corporate day out which is great fun – so far we have tried our hand at spa days, clay pigeon shooting, indoor skiing and sky diving. There are also monthly and team targets which are rewarded throughout the year. ATSCO Charity events, five a side football and marathons are on the agenda for those interested in participation.
